The importance of employees in a business cannot be overemphasized. But despite their non-negotiable significance, many employers of labour do not still recognise that.
A friend of mine narrated to me the trick her employer uses to deal with her employees. After listening to her supposedly ordeal, I felt it right to share it with you my loyal readers.
She said that her employer delays her employees' salary until it's about two or three weeks over due before she will think of paying them. She said
that when this continued despite the fact that her salary was not satisfactory, she decided to quit her job.
But before she quit her job, she summoned courage to ask her employer why she delays the payment of their salary and below was her reason.
Employees play important roles in the success as well as the failures of a business. The diligent ones should be rewarded while other ones should be corrected or layed off.
It is also noteworthy that employees are even better at playing tricks so make wise decisions that will not ruin your business.

"I do that so that if any of my employees decides to quit without my consent, they will be the one to lose."I know that her reason is not good enough but other employers may come up with a more concrete reason to perpetrate wrong acts. But the fact rremains that no matter how brilliant your idea may seem, it is not still good enough to treat them wrongly especially when they do not deserve it.
